01 / this site

a personal site.

numeratio is a personal project and portfolio site operated from switzerland. it is not a company, a fund, or a registered financial entity, and nothing on it is an offer of services or securities. it documents independent, systematic-trading work run on the operator's own capital.

02 / privacy

what the site collects and how it is handled.

the only personal data this site collects is what visitors voluntarily submit through the contact form: name, email address, optional organization, and the body of the inquiry message. submissions are forwarded to numeratio's operations inbox and used solely to respond to the inquiry and any follow-up correspondence. inquiries are not shared with third parties, not added to marketing lists, and not used for any purpose beyond responding.

the site does not use tracking pixels, analytics scripts, fingerprinting, or any other behavioral telemetry. only two strictly-functional storage mechanisms are in use:

  • an authentication cookie set by the sign-in flow, which holds the session for visitors granted access tokens
  • a single local-storage entry recording the visitor's light/dark theme preference

neither is shared with third parties, neither carries identifiers beyond what is required to function, and neither tracks browsing across the site. anonymous server logs — request timestamp, ip address, user-agent string — are kept for a limited period for security and operational diagnostics, the same baseline any operating website maintains.

under applicable data protection law (gdpr where the visitor is resident in the eu/eea, the swiss federal act on data protection (fadp) otherwise), visitors have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data submitted through this site. to exercise these rights, write to ops@numeratio.com referencing the relevant inquiry.

questions about this page, or any other legal matter, can be sent to ops@numeratio.com or via /contact.
